What payment options are available?

The most convenient ways to order our product is to order online using your credit card. Go to our purchase page and order right away using your credit card. How can I place an order?

Go to our purchase page, click on the RegSoft.com logo corresponding to the product you wish to purchase. Fill out all personal information fields in the order form. Please make sure that e-mail address you type is correct, because all important information regarding your order, your receipt, and your registration code will be sent to this e-mail address.

What will happen after I place my order?

Once your order has been processed successfully, we will send you an email immediately with your registration code. This may take from a few minutes to an hour in most cases. Follow the instructions in your email to convert your product to a full version.

We offer multiple license purchase discounts all the time. You can see the details in the order page. In addition to that, we offer discounts time to time. If a discount is offered at any time, we put that information in our website.

How can I place a purchase order?

If you are buying for a Govt. organization, School/College or any big organization and would prefer ordering with a Purchase Order, Please read and follow the procedure very carefully:

RegSoft is Orchid Software’s preferred purchasing agent. We accept purchase orders through them. RegSoft’s Purchase Order (P. O.) process differs slightly from a standard Purchase Order.

  1. Go to our purchase page.
  2. Click on the RegSoft.com logo corresponding to the product you wish to purchase
  3. In the RegSoft online purchase order form, Select the Purchase Order Option
  4. Fill out this online purchase order form. RegSoft will accept your purchase, and provide you with a link to a formal invoice, along with payment instructions. This will be provided on-screen, as well as by email.
  5. Please print the invoice, and submit it to your company’s Accounts Payable for payment. They can pay by CHECK, by money order, or by bank transfer.
  6. When RegSoft receives payment, they will send the registration details by email. Please be sure to include the email address of either your Accounts Payable department or the email address of the end user to ensure delivery.

We are unable to deliver the registration code based solely on the Purchase Order. This is due to the nature of our business, and the fact that, in most cases, nothing physical is delivered. Thank you for your understanding.

How will the charge appear on my credit card /debit card statement?

We process all orders via Regsoft Inc or ShareIt!. Your credit statement will show a charge from “Regsoft Inc” or “ShareIt!”

Can I get the product on a CD-ROM?

Absolutely! Products in a CD-ROM is optional for some extra charge. You can select “Yes” to CD-ROM option in the order form, and we will send the CD within a few day’s time. You still can convert your downloaded copy to full version using the registration code. If you have NOT opted for CD-Delivery option, you will NOT receive any boxed product for the purchase. In that case it will be a download-only purchase.

When will I receive my CD-ROM on Demand?

If you have opted for CD-Delivery, we will send the CD within a week’s time, so
please expect to receive it within 2 weeks.

Thanks to SSL(Secure Socket Layer) technology, you can be rest assured that your online order is totally safe. Your order will be processed by SSL. Your order process is protected via a secure connection so that the data sent by you can only be read by the recipient. Important information such as credit card numbers, addresses, etc. is sent to the recipient securely via the Internet. All of the data entered on the protected pages is encrypted(means jumbled-up using extremely complicated mathematical formula) using the SSL protocol. That way no 3rd party can view your credit card numbers, addresses or any information you send us.

I lost my registration code. Can you help?

Sure!! Please go to Contact page to submit your request. You must enter the email address you used while buying the product, and tell us which product you purchased. We will verify your information with our records and resend the registration code to you.

My registration code does not work. What should I do?

While entering your registration code, please check the following:
  1. Make sure that you are not treating tracking id or order id as the registration code.
  2. Enter the registration code exactly as it appears. It is advisable to copy and paste from your email.

I have a system crash? How do I reinstall/register?

If you have a systems crash, you can reinstall it and apply the same registration code given to you. If you have already saved a copy of the setup file, just install it from there or go to our products page and download it. After the installation apply the registration code. If you have lost your registration code, please go to Contact page to submit your request. You must enter the email address you used while buying the product, and tell us which product you purchased. We will verify your information with our records and resend the registration code to you.

Corrupted download: After download is complete, it says corrupted download, What should I do?

This is most probably due to poor internet connection. What may have happened is, during the download process the internet got disconnected. So you will need to re-download. Sometimes, even after re-download the file says corrupted. This is due to browser caching.

This is how to fix this:

  1. Delete the corrupted file (LSEnt70.exe etc.) that you downloaded.
  2. Or, save with a new file name like LSEnt70-New.exe etc.
  3. After download is complete, go to where you saved the file, then double-click on it to start the installation.

What type of paper do I buy to print barcode labels?

You can purchase sheets of labels in office supply stores. Most office stores, such as, Office Depot, OfficeMax sell blank label papers. We recommend Avery papers, and HP printer for best results.

What graphic file formats are supported by Label Spirit?

JPG, BMP, GIF, WMF, PNG and TIF formats are supported. Additionally, if you can copy any image to the clipboard, you can paste into your design.

How do I use an image file that is in an unsupported format?

Convert the file to BMP format or to any supported format and use it.

What types of data files are supported?

Microsoft Excel, DBF, txt or any any tab delimited files are supported. You can import data from any database
through ADO or ODBC too.

What is the system requirement?

Minimum requirements as follows:
  1. IBM-compatible PC, Pentium or better
  2. 32 MB RAM with Windows 98 or Windows Me (64 MB recommended)
